Put the Progressive drop in lowering kit and cut the spacer to lower 1". Now if I hit a bump hard the front end clunks like its bottoming out.

Progressive suggested using preload adjusters. This sound right to you guys?

 

It may help. You would probably be better off with a stiffer spring. Even with that you still may bottom out at times. You did reduce your suspension travel by an inch.
