Default My first build thread here (fxdxt)

It's been a while since I did a build or a thread. I've built a few bikes, dynas baggers sportys, but I got bored and found a clean 02 fxdxt end of last year and said why not. I still have my king to roll on and I've been moving amongst other things so I've been taking my time.

Day one a few months back, decided to want to black a few things out maybe do bars.... Then things got out of hand.

So good bye front end , and thought it needed to get cleaned up a bit more

13 t bars and few other things coated, then it was time to get busy

Cleaned up some of the frame and it was on to the motor...

Default It's continues

The motor was gonna be simple 95 ci then throug a combination of mishaps and good karma is turned into a 124ci

While that was happening, Came the sheet metal, I've already done a all blacked out big motor dyna several years ago

So with that being said came audi rs nardo grey , I had the seem and spot welds on tank fully filled as I will be running a chopped dash to just cover the gauge and fuel fill

This is what we ended up with

So this leads me to where I left off today motor back in" threw the wheel in for effect . I'm still waiting on my chain kit to come in, and royal t racing is custom fabbing a complete brushed stainless exhaust. Scorpion clutch just go here, and I still have more free time to get some work done tomm.

Side noted evenything I'm replacing is for sale make offer, longs shots, bars, all the black wrinkle parts, backrest etc.

Did you leave out the top case bolt near the cylinder base like Rev Perf recommends?
Looks good.
I'm anxious to see how you like it.
