I like the bars and risers. How much total rise you get with those? Yea I'm not really feelin the marlin blue either, a blue with some more grey or silver in it would look great with all the black on your bike. If I remember right when I was looking Chevy and Mercedes both had some nice metallic blues. Don't quote me on the Mercedes. Keep up the good work man I'm glad you didn't sell it haha

Haha, thanks Homie. I think layin it down was my way of giving my self something to do with it...

There's some GM colors that are sick, you're right! Mercedes has some nice metallics, also. Been googling stock paint colors all day! hahaha

Bars end up about an inch lower than with the 12" DS bars. 5" wider overall, tho! 2.5", each side! Gonna take some getting used to... I'll try and get a comparison pic tomorrow.

Yeah, great looking Bronco but may be just a little too light for the bike.

I've been wanting to paint my bike in a blue too, thought about getting it done this coming winter but will have to wait and see, couple of greens I've been thinking about too. Good to see you got the dog to keep an eye on your work

8" risers with the high bend? I've been thinking about a similar setup

6", actually. Super stoked I went this route. Was considering the 8's and the lows, or low lows. Went this way instead... After running straight T's for the last three years, I figured if I was gonna change it up, I oughta really do so. I think I'll be even happier after ripping the first drifting burnout. 😎

Nah, he had a blue leash on when I brought him home. I couldn't handle the pressure of naming him, so I defaulted. It has seemed to work well, tho.

So, a new triple tree lower was ordered and disassembled so as to powdercoat it to match the top. It came apart semi-easy, semi-sloppy. It takes a special set of circumstances to press the stem out smoothly, but we got it. Now, getting it back in... Thought that'd go more smoothly since there aren't a bunch of obstacles on the bottom of the tree like there are on the top. It's not going as smoothly. Shaft seems to be kinking on the way in. Will it center? Hahaha... Going to find out.

By the way, found out my fork tubes are bent. New fork tubes are in, getting rebuilt next week.

This is good, I can finally powder my sliders. Up until now they've just been spray can black.
