My '96 has a foot clutch setup, with the cable running around the primary and attaching to the pedal. Suicide shifter directly out of the transmission.

It looks like on the left side, I could move the whole assembly back to the mid-control mounts. on the right side it looks like i could do the same and shorten the brake rod or buy one to size.

Anyone done this? I was planning on buying some stock mids and converting that way but is there any reason why this wouldn't work considering I won't need all that clutch linkage for mids?
