Default just traded my mustang for a superglide

Just picked this up Friday in a trade for my car. Hoping to pick some brains since I've always been really into cars more than motorcycles. Also don't know everything I have on it so any help I can get finding info with part numbers would be cool if I can find them.

What year? Did you trade the owner of bike? The previous owner should know of any internal motor work if any.

Thanks cvaria...I did trade it private party but the guy got it like that as well. Has screaming eagle heads, s&s carb, the aftermarket wheels, python pipes and progressive shocks.

Congrats. Bikes are a deep well. Infinitely more customizable for the average joe in both appearance and performance. Without records (shop that did the work?) it might be more work than needed to figure out what it's got. Riding and just seeing what you like and what you want to change over the course of a season is not a bad way to get acquainted with your bike.

If you like it...leave it...you'll Sherlock out what's inside the motor when something needs fixing or when you decide to open it up to make a change...

On bikes, overall specs can have subjective results due to the vast array or manufacturers, varied quality installation, bike condition, and ultimately tuning...so a lot more depends on how it Feels to you going down the road than a list of part numbers and stats...

Best way to learn wines or jazz is drink, listen, and pay attention. For bikes, it's to ride the snot out of them and find what's perfect for you.

Looks very clean. Enjoy.

Congrats! That's a good looking bike!

Getting rid of the car for a the bike was a good move....Trust me. Owning both gets EXPENSIVE! And the fact your constantly torn on which one to mod next.

Nice looking bike! I have an older mustang as well but if it came down to one or the other...it'd be the bike that I keep.
