Default What FP3 map did you use for your Street Bob?...

I have a 2015 Dyna Street Bob FXDB (stock 103) running the Bassani Road Rage Mega Power 2-in-1 exhaust and an S&S Tear Drop high flow air cleaner. For those of you running the same set up, or similar, what map did you select for optimum performance with the FP3. Vance and Hines is telling me to flash their Pro Pipe map with the competition baffle...

I used Generic - typical 2-1 - hi-air flow filter 103 map.

I have a Thunderheader + Big Sucker + FP3

I have a very similar setup. Bassani RoadRage 2, VO2, and FP3.

I was told by VH to use the Pro-Pipe with competition baffle. I would start with that...also, VH is VERY responsive.

I went ahead and flashed their "Pro Pipe" map with the "competition baffle," as instructed by V&H, and the bike road amazingly well as compared to the "Generic 2-in-1" map I had on it before. There was some very slight decal popping so I tuned that out with their new adjustable decal pop feature. I'm debating on even using the autotune feature now. I heard that it kills you MPG but I can already notice I'm burning through the tank much faster anyway hah

I did the pro pipe tune and noticed an immediate difference. Decal pop is virtually gone and the bike seams to run smoother and rev harder. I did not notice a huge change in MPG. So far I am stoked on the unit.

What baffle did you select? Standard or competition? I'm kind of wondering what the difference even is...

Default PP Comp Map

I ran the same... Pro Pipe w/comp baffle.

It's odd, it seems V&H tell people different things. I was originally told to go with the Generic and autotune from there. I decided the Pro Pipe was a better option, mostly because I read several people on here were told by V&H to go with the PP option. My Autotune sessions seemed to take a bit longer than quoted on the V&H site, but I have since read tht it may be due to the 0s sensor bung adapters need on the Bassani pipe. Either way, I am happy with my tune... Snappy and smooth.

Yeah, that Pro Pipe map with the comp baffle is great for the RR and high flow AC combo. My bike actually runs and responds the way I thought it always should have! After a year of riding bone stock I can finally say I'm proud to show off my Dyna. The Bassani Road Rage just commands authority on the road too. Amazing sound and performance.
