Just curious but is it possible that even though a battery passes a load test after being fully charged that it can still be weak and tired from starting a big motor?

 

Let the battery sit for 24hrs after charge then load test it. I have found that the newer twin cams are very touchy with the battery putting out out the 325-350cca needed. Last year my.bike cold started fine, ride an hour shut off, restart while hot, it would kick back like the comp was failing. Under warranty I took it in for comp sprocket. Found battery just ever so slightly weak. Replaced battery and issue has never returned.
