Default Looking for front axle and caliper spacer dimensions for conversion

I've almost completed the front end conversion for my 2006 Street Bob. I've got Vrod lowers with motor metal internal adapters and late model Brembo brakes. I've seen the kit for the adapters but my buddy can make them. Has anyone spun their own? Also, I'm running 13 spoke mags.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Most guys space the calipers inward. My buddy building the bike had the smart idea of using hub centric spacers behind the rotors to push them out. Actually I liked the outcome better. Maybe that would help someone.

Here's a pic with some test rotors.
