Also when you spray the clear you should wear a lint free long sleeve shirt, gloves, and cover your face and head as best as possible. Amazing how hairs and whiskers tend to fall at the most inappropriate times.

Maybe even mist yourself down before you go it to paint. Keeping dust and lint free is the hardest part for me. Nothing worse than seeing that big piece of lint fall on your base coat. The clear usually you can rub it out.
Are you using a supplied air pump, or just charcoal filters for your face mask. Some of the paint around are nasty stuff.

I have a really good respirator that I got from a friend and have the ventilation working pretty good.

As much as its been nice not paying out my *** for a good paint job. I'm ready to be done and back to riding!

I hate it when you just finish shooting that last coat of paint & a bug lands in it. Nothing attracts bugs like wet paint.....

I painted my own also. I didn't finish before the weather got nice so I'm riding it the way it is.
I think that when I do finish, I'll cover it in vinyl.

What are you doing stencil wise? Here is mine from just a couple weekends ago: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/powde...see-em-12.html

Similar, but less expensive booth. I put a $2, 9' x 12' drop cloth on the floor and set the booth over it. Kept everything contained.
