Default 2015 Laced Rims and my 2005 Dyna...

I found some sweet 2015 Dyna take-offs complete with new Avon rubber and I'm wondering if anyone has experience mounting these on a 2005 FXDI. I believe there are axle and clearance considerations... These wheels (pictured) are complete with bearings so there must be axles that adapt to the older Dyna Model.

I believe the hub width on the newer wheels are to big To fit on a narrow glide front end.

I would look at lacing them onto your existing hubs.

Right, as the forks are larger on the newer models.

The hub width, less the rotor is 4 3/4" on an 05' - can anyone confirm the hub width on an 06 and up NG front wheel?

Yes, I've confirmed that newer hub is in fact 5 7/16" which is too wide.

Cheers and thank you.
