Dash Light Issue

The other day I noticed my dash lights are not working except the right turn signal indicator. Left and right turn signals flash with the right indicator, neutral is the right indicator. When the ignition is turn on but bike not started the oil indicator is dull and the right turn indicator is on for neutral. Any ideas why is this happening?
