Alright, let me clarify. Before the issue came up. My tank at normal highway speeds (on a single tank from topped to going dead on the highway) would average 202 miles, this average was tested on an Iron Butt run of 1,000 miles. Every time I fill up my tank I reset my Trip ODO since I know for a fact now that the full tank (FULL TANK) should last me at least 200 miles. Now after my last long trip something happened that has affected this mileage, since the bike at normal highway speed will not go over 115 miles on a single tank. So there is something going on that has all of the sudden increased considerably my gas consumption.

That is just it! The bike should do 200+ miles on the 4.7 gal tank as it was doing before the "Poor Gas Mileage of all the sudden" took over, now for some unknown reason it will not go over 110-112 miles per tank.

Thanks for the .02,

Check plugs - if it's running reach will be build up of carbon.
Map might need to be updated. What kind of tuner do you have?

Pluds are brand new Screaming Eagle. No tuner installed, just the Dealership Stage 1 Mapping.

To clarify further; you are actually putting 4+ gallons back in? I ask beause the gas gauges suck on these things, and can be way off at time. I always judge by actual gallons put back in the tank

Correct, I like to leave the tank as empty as possible before every fill up, so I always know I'm putting over 4 Gal to tank. I like to go on long rides, my co-riders and I usually title the weekend rides as a "single tank" or a "double tank" ride. So I'm always watching my mileage. I ride with guys that have the same tank and 96 motor as me, so we are always comparing numbers. I guess I want to avoid the $250-$300 visit to the dealership.

Check to see if you have an exhaust leak. My pipes were leaking and my gas mileage went to ****.

How did you get 200 miles from a tank of gas! Normally my mileage to empty only shows around 180 when fuelled at the service station. 2010 96 Wideglide.

Just did a 250 miles trip, filled up after 3 miles, did 130 and filled up again, and filled up again around 240 mark although only 3/4 empty.

My mates 2015 Breakout does a bit better but I think he has a bigger tank. He still filled up twice!
