Default Cooling Fans...

Yeah, I know it's winter. But it'll be spring soon and my 110 will be getting hot again. Been looking at Wards site weekly since August when he stopped taking orders, and am beginning to think he's done. It's a damn shame, cause I really like the look. Anyway, since I'm figuring Wards aren't in my future, I am considering a set of Love Jugs fans. It's too bad they are so damn big, and so damn expensive, but it seems by a lot of searching that there just aren't any other real options.

So anyone use Love Jugs? I think they'd be right at home on my bagger, but even in black I think they'll look like crap on my Dyna. But like I said, she's a hot head so I want to get something.

I got in on the Wards last summer. Glad I did, they are pretty trick in the looks dept compared to the Jugz, IMO. Maybe you can score a set! Put a WTB in the classifieds.

Wow, I had no idea that Jason was done making his fans. I didn't do the love jugs just because they seemed so bulky (sorry), but they do have great reviews...

Why do you think he's done? On his website it just mentions that he is out of stock and does not think that he'll be in a position to ship prior to the end of the riding season...

I installed a Jims Fan. Gives balance to the stock air cleaner on the other side of the bike.

About 5000 miles since I installed mid summer. ETMS doesn't kick in so soon and kicks out sooner. Moves a ton of heat. Some reviews say they drop the engine temp a 100 degrees. Does have a turbine like whine to it. Horn sucks, but I installed a better one. Black blends nice with the engine. I noticed HD offers a fan in their catalogue this year.
