Has anyone actually tried fitting forward controls to a Low Rider S with a Bassani Road Rage 3 exhaust system fitted ?

Says on the Bassani site that you cant but wondered if anyone had tried it.

 

I have the road rage 3 with the regular mids on my lowrider s and fitment directly doesn't seem to be a problem if you had forwards. My concern would be burning the crap out of your legs. I've burnt a few holes in my Jeans with and stretching legs would bring legs closer to some of the bends that the lack of heat shields might cause a problem.

 

Cant see why it wouldn't fit but, there's no heat sheild. Call bassani sales and talk to them about a shield.

It works, I've asked already. Gary From Bassani sent me a pic of the streetbob with the forwards and RR3 fitted. Said the LRS will be no different.

I don't even have the bike and have a mod list a mile long lol.

Look at DEI products for a heat shield.
