Default Project XR75

My first motorcycle was a dirtbike. I was 11 years old. It was a Honda XR75. It was the epitome of my riding career. As far as attitude, things were perfect. Each day, I was happy just thinking of the ride ahead. It was only the thought of the ride ahead. I did not care if my bike was polished for the ride. I cared nothing of that type of thing. A day of wanderlust was all I needed. Not knowing where I was going or where the day led me was exhilerating. There was no gear or costume to don before the ride, just my blue jeans and a half helmet, start the bike, do a couple donuts and off I was ham fisted and free. I rode hard. I did not care about taking it easy on the bike.

It is in this spirit, I put together this Street Bob. I plan to ride it in the same spirit, amen!

Here forward, I plan to put on some Rocket Bob stuff such as zombie 4 inch handlebar, voodoo rear fender, 18 inch rear wheel, wider tires, lowering bike 2 inches, V&H Comp 2-1 exhaust and other stuff!

Stay Tuned!

I was 11 too when I had a 1975 Honda XR 75, back in 1977. Great bike, I remeber taking the shocks off my brothers Kawasaki H1 to make it look like a real MX bike...Yes he was F%^&*^G pissed.
