Default Fuel line problems.

How do I fix the problems with reduced fuel pressure at higher RPMs on a 2005 Heritage Softail Classic.

Since you're in the Dyna Section, I'll take a stab at it and say you've either got a pinhole in the fuel line inside of the tank or you need a new fuel pump, that is if it's fuel injected.

Or

The fuel filter is dirty and needs to be changed or the pressure regulator(both in the tank) is bad and needs to be replaced. If it is a carb model check the intake screen on the petcock and make sure the jets are clean.

I have an 05 heritage softail had the same issue and my problem was a gummed up throttle body in partnership with the pin hole in the internal fuel line
