What would you pay?

There's only one correct answer. It's worth exactly what a buyer wants to pay for it. No more, no less, and every buyer is different.
Unless you sell it, the value is a useless number. For insurance purposes, get an agreed value policy with a nunber that makes you feel warm and fuzzy.
If you want to sell it, list it for want you want and wait for the right buyer to come along. If you feel it's worth 10k or 100k...you want it way more than everybody else.
I am rebuilding a totaled, salvage title bike right now and I wouldn't sell it for less than 20k...even tho NADA and the insurance fell it's worth about 3k. I have an old truck that my granddad bought new in 1969. I wouldn't sell it for any sane person's offer. 100k...maybe, but I'd have to think long and hard about it. Insurance thinks it's worth like 5k. If one of my old cars ever went on the market and I had the dough, I'd own it. No matter the cost. Market value might be 25-30k. I'd pay 3x that and smile.... Get what I mean?

Woah there tincup. I was not drunk the night that it happened. So you can stop assuming things. It turns out I was at work until midnight that night and when I left work I rode up to the bar to see some buddies. It's not my fault 20 min after I got there a drunk guy tried to get on his bike and dropped his bike into mine before he could even start his bike.

Hey guys, so my 2004 wide glide (fxdwgi) was dropped by another drunk guy at a bar last year. Went thru his insurance and all that. Ended up getting totaled by the insurance and I bought it back and fixed it myself. But the bike still has a clean title. So I'm trying to get a guesstimate on what it's worth.
The bikes an 04 wide glide
18k miles
6 in rise internally wired drag bars
V&H big radius exhaust(not pictured)
performace machine intake
Dynojet power commander V
LA choppers 1.5in rear lowering kit
Little chrome BS here and there
Powercoated black rims with chrome spokes
HD badlander seat
