They currently have a 21"x2.15" polished Aluminum rim on sale in they clearence list for $99, PN-RSWM32180-POL. They have a few other 21" rims, but they are all over $200
http://www.buchananspokes.com/catego..._clearance.asp down at the bottom of the list.
Order one of their spoke kits made for the 1973-2012 ( pretty sure its still the currentstyle up to 2015) Aluminum Front Disk Hubs, used on the FX line up with Mid-Glide front ends. $107-$255 depending on the style used.

You can then either lace these yourself or have them laced and trued by a pro.
Their hoop, their spokes your hub, best price just over $200 plus labor.

If you want a 60 spoke wheel, you have to buy an entire 60 spoke wheel. Your stock hub is a 40 spoke hub, and will not lace to a 60 spoke rim. Just be sure you get a 60 spoke wheel that is sized for the mid-glide front end on Street Bob. You could get all the parts and build it yourself, but it would probably be around the same price to buy a completed wheel.

I don't know how to lace a wheel
And I went the cheapest way as many others on this forum.
Just laced Jireh 21x3.25 rim with stock spokes and stock hub.
p.s. Fender on picture is in progress
p.p.s. Dual brakes is the other story
I'd like to do a 60 spoke, 21x2.15 rim on the standard '07 Street Bob front end.

was just looking at them on ebay for my shovel.
you can get a 40 spoke wheel brand new for under $200 shipped.
you MIGHT have to replace the bearings (08+ 25mm) but thats still only another $25 or so.
i know you asked about a 60 spoke not 40, but i imagine they're out there as well.
if not, as someone mentioned, buchanens can build you one for a small fortune I'm sure.
