P0263 Rear Injector Open/Low EFI
It could be a bad connection to the rear injector. Check connector. I've heard several people that found that the harness to the injectors had no service loop, so when the engine rocks in the rubber mounts it pulls on the wires, the outer insulation stretches but the wire does not and breaks causing an open circuit.

ratt196635's post of codes and how to check them is for the 2006 and up model years. There are addition codes for the 07 and 08 bikes that are not listed, but the same principle of checking for the codes is the same.

thanks formula and everyone else... I will stop at the stealer on the way home to get a new plug... where is the injecter plug located? i looked in my serv manual and did not see tha tlisted?

Check out page 4-17, it shows a top view of the injectors. You can see them on you bike right under the tank looking in from the left side of the bike.

I had the same issue a few months back. The dealer replaced the harness to the injector and it has ran fine ever since.

Glad you got your problem fixed JRK5892. I wonder if the 07 Bobs are prone to this same problem?
