All sourced from a local hardware store, in my case home depot but lowes and Ace also sell the parts.

Buy the hooks with metal spacers, the ones you want have the holes 2" apart and they fit the 4" long M8 bolt so you dont need to drill out the holes for this size. The hooks you wont need. All parts cost about $6.

Pictures show the parts needed and what it will look like assembled. I sprayed mine with some black enamel paint as I had it laying around already.
