i have been icthing for about 3 weeks since i changed the rear rim and tire,it was 44 degrees today. so i went for about 100 miles today, love the new tire. now i pulled it back in the garage and ripping the front end off , for the wdg trees. at least it is starting to get warm again up here in the north.jackyl

Glad to hear I wasn't the only(2 wheeled psycho) out yesterday.
Although I only got in about half your ride, t was GREAT!!!
Man, this winter sure has been extremely rough on the roads around here.

 

yes it felt awesome. the roads are destroyed by me [:@]. i swear some of them pot-holes will swallow you whole.

 

Congrats on the first ride of 08! I'm just south of Metro airport, got my first ride in today too, felt great. Hoping for some sunshine tomorrow and getting out again.

Did you get a wide glide front end or a conversion kit?

yes it felt great, but now the bike is tore down, waiting til monday to get my trees, to finish the front end. should hook up for a ride one day, iam in taylor. jackyl

are you going to keep the 19" wheel with the wide glide front end??

Feels nice to be riding again, doesn't it?? Had off the past two day and its been 50+. Should breal 1000 mile mark tomorrow.
