Default RB Racing LSR 2-1 installation help needed

Hi All,
&nbsp\\;
After a prolonged 3-month wait, I've finally received LSR 2-1 exhaust system for my 08 SB.
However the system came without any exhaust flanges or installation instruction.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;I would very much appreciate if anyone could scan/email me the installation instruction. (vtsyrlin@optusnet.com.au).
&nbsp\\;
Which flanges should I use on 2008 model Street Bob? IF it's a HD part, what is the part num?
&nbsp\\;
Any help would be much appreciated.
&nbsp\\;
Cheers
Vlad

You can just transfer the flanges from your stock system on to the LSR, remove the retaining rings from the stock pipes and the flanges will come off.

There is no installation instructions. RB says that it is a test of your mechanical ability and it is only an exhaust system so it is not to hard anyway. First thing is since this RB exhaust system does not use the mesh gaskets the old exhaust flanges dont work very well. So transfering you old ones is not a real good idea. You will need to order some of the flush fit machined ventiries and some exhaust flanges from them. You will also need a set of the nuts for the close fit pipes the nuts you pull of your old exhaust wont fit on the RB system. I alway order a spare set becuase they are good to have. Once you have all the parts bolt it up and in

I just installed a set on my '06 Bob.&nbsp\\;The "B" style, in black, with a 45 degree dump. There are no "instructions". The exhaust flange part # you need is:65328-83(they are the thinner "early" style flanges) You do need to have the billet aluminum gaskets they sell. When I ordered mine, the lady said you must have them and so I ordered them, then. As far as I know, you can not use the stock MoCo gaskets. I ordered the whole list of recommended parts(&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;I ordered the pipes, heat sheilds, gaskets and all) so I don't know what comes with the pipes only kit. You will also need to get some 3/8 exhaust nuts, the larger 7/16 ones will not clear the pipes(again, mine came with them so I don't know if they come with the pipes only). Install was pretty straightforward. I think they were 'worth the wait'. YMMV. The bracket attaches to the transmision cover. You have to remove two bolts and replace them with the two longer ones you got with the pipes. Let me know if I can help you out any more.
