Need pics of FXD/FXDC/FXDL with 2", 4", or 6" over forks
I want to go to 4" over fork tubes and springs on my '08 but I'd love to see pics of some Super Glides, Street Bobs, or Low Riders with this mod first. \\; I'm trying to get a feel for how it will look. \\; I think there was at least one guy here with 4" over forks on a stock dyna, and the guy with the raked trees and 6" over. \\; Anyone got pics of these two or of others with over-length tubes and no/little rake in the neck?
 \\;
My 'Harley Tax' list has been set for my 105th Anniversary SuperGlide Custom ... time to get started on my new \\;sled:
 \\;
 \\;
- Loboy Sweeper fenders front and rear\\; painted to match 105th Anniversary colors
- Street Bob bars with chrome switch housings and \\;levers and braided cables
- 4" over forks
- D&\\;D Fat Cat 2 into 1 exhaust
- Battery box cover and electrical panel cover painted to match the HD copper pearl (105th copper)
- Copper plated smooth convex covers for clutch inspection cover on primary and \\;timing gear cover, copper push rod tubes, and copper-plated HD round horn cover and \\;HD ignition module cover
- Switch my 105th Anniversary air cleaner for the stock AC with the copper ring
- 4.5" chrome billet head light and matching bullet signals front and rear with visor ring, front signals relocated to trees
- HD premium oil cooler, with the chrome cover copper-plated
 \\;
I think me will likee.

RE: Need pics of FXD/FXDC/FXDL with 2", 4", or 6" over forks
my gallery has pics of 2" over, but this is not a HD front end.
keep in mind that unless you change the rake, making the front end longer will make the thing lean over a lot more on the jiffy stand.
I would think that if you go more than +2" and keep the stock rake, you will need to modify the jiffy stand.

I have been looking at this for my Bob too. I don't know if you have been here or not, but AME has a ton of pics up of bikes with their kits on them.
 \\;
You can go to their gallery here: \\;http://www.chopper-kit-usa.com/photo_gallery.htm
 \\;
If you decide to do it soon, please post some pics.

RE: Need pics of FXD/FXDC/FXDL with 2"\\\\\\;, 4"\\\\\\;, or 6"\\\\\\; over forks
Thanks for the info, guys. \\; As near as we could tell, 4" over is as far I can go and keep the stock stand. It was definitely a consideration. I saw a 6" over this weekend and it was TOO much anyway. I like the raked trees idea ... it's just out of my price range right now.
