Are you trying to get them through one at a time?

blow fishing line though with an air compressor, then pull a thicker string though with that, z bars in the past i have had to pull 1 wire at a time, you can do this by feeding 1 fishing line with 8 tied to it, pull 1 at a time

As the others have mentioned - one at a time is probably your best bet. I found this to be an impossible task when I tried to do the entire bundle at once.
sold the bars out of frustration.

I don't know what you are using to pull them through (fishing line -wire- plastic-etc) but try wrapping the joint between the wiring and whatever with teflon tape and if it is still too hard, spray with silicone spray. Sometimes doing them one at a time is the fastest way.

I just got done doing my Z-Bars they were a PAIN IN THE ACE!!!!!!
One at a time and be careful, I got a little skippy with pulling one that was getting stuck, and stripped the insulation off the side of the wire. Had to pull it and start over. [:@]

Ok, one at a time it is. I was&nbsp\\;trying to get the&nbsp\\;whole bundle. It&nbsp\\;was an impossible task.&nbsp\\; Do any of you recommend using wd-40 spray prior to pulling the wires? Thanks again, Tom

No WD if you are going to tape the wire do the guide,&nbsp\\;think of it as a game of&nbsp\\;push pull.

do not use WD 40, if anything I use hair spray... i know it shounds nuts but after it works as a lube it will then tack up and help hold the wires inside from jiggling around... mostly in apes

Do you have a hole on the ends&nbsp\\;lower horizontal bar?&nbsp\\; If so snake it from the control to the hole, then to the center of the bar.
