Fuel filter is attached to end of pick-up tube in fuel pump they are about $25 and you have to pull pump out to change sock filter on FXDB some other models have a . I think it was normal service to change at 20-25 thousand miles annual service. Probably $35-45 for sock at stealership now whereas they just slapped $20 more on for set of OEM brake pads.
