Oil pressure gauge
Looking for some input on my new mount.
New here so trying to reply to everyone.
Yes you can read it while riding or idling. I started off with buying the A/N kit that mounts on the rocker cover but it would touch the inside of my leg ,gets pretty HOT!!!!. I used the A/N gauge and chrome cover ,polished stainless round stock threaded one end and tapped the other to take the lifter cover bolts. Cut out a new mount from 1/4" alum. with holes to match lifter cover bolt centers and drilled and tapped hole in the edge to hold the gauge in place the same as the A/N mount.I hard piped it with 1/4" od stainless pipe with flared ends(This took a few times and lots of pipe to get a nice clean look and close fit). It sits about 5" lower and about 4" more forward I find it quicker to read because I don't have to look back as far or open my leg up ( forward controls with my short legs) I will try to put up a few more pics. Thanks for the input
