Yes,it,s the bottom of the steering head fork steam.Well,as sclonghairbadboy writtens it,s probaly not much to worry about.But you donīt expect this on a bike costing 200.000 SEK.

mine is the same on my brand new 2013 110th anniversary super glide, i managed to clean it with autosol and it gets shiny again
