Yes, unless you like fast flashing leds.
The reason being is that the halogen have a higher resistance. The leds don't, so all the load equalizer is, is a resistor to help so the flasher senses resistance and doesn't turn on/off fast.

Thanks for the info. Anybody used this particular brand before? They look just like Kury Mini-Bullets, but I'm wondering why they're so inexpensive...

My guess is that since they say "single element" and there's no mention of LEDs is that it's just a standard bulb.

Usually, if it's LED they're not shy about telling you OR charging you!

they are not LED... they have a bulb in them... in all honesty they are not as small as you think either, just a bit smaller than your stock set up...if you do go with LED later you can get resisters at radio shack and wire them in... i have led turn sigs all around on mine... i like the hyper flash, i had the resister on there then took it off cause i think it is cool... they start slow then go fast! i like that

Yeah, I realized that right before I checked back in with this thread.......noticed that lack of "LED" mentioned anywhere in the description.

Are LED's really all that, or would incandescents be a better bet?

do they still self cancel without the load equalizer? Nice lights below the headlamp too. Very cool.

By element, does that mean the single wire? Is it better if it's got 2 or 3 separate wires?

Sorry...not much of a lighting wiz.

Good question. I have some small bullet ones and have not put them on because they are single wire and I'm not sure what they will do. Does any one know?

I don't think load will have any effect on canceling as this is controlled by a sensor under the seat.

I believe Element should be referring to the filament in the actual bulb
