Try some1 like jp or Dennis Kirk.

Just put a set of DNA wheels on the bob. 21x3.5 on the front and 18x5.5 on the back with a Metz 200 tire. Fitted nicely under the fender...just do the spacers and a .8 mil pulley spacer and it's good to go.
Gives enough room for about 5 mil each side and belt clearance.

It looks sick!

I know this is a old post but I need help. I was able to pick up a crossbones rear wheel and I'm trying to put it on my 2014 street bob. I've read through a lot of post about doing this but know one has said anything about spacing the brake said of the bike. When I put the wheel on its off center.

Was/is your stock set up off centre too? I think they all are at least a bit.
Mine was but with my new wheel it was even more off centre and with the wider tyre, I needed to centre it perfectly to get all the clearance I could even on both sides of the fender.

I guess you are asking about the combination brake caliper mount/axle spacer being too wide?

With mine I set that up in a milling machine and took off the amount I had to to get the wheel centred.
So of course I made a new spacer on the left side that was wider by that same amount.

I had pictures in my original post that showed all this. I also machined up a spacer for the pulley to give a bit more clearance between the belt and tyre.

Keep in mind clearance issues with the tyre possibly rubbing on the rear turn sig wiring

Hope this helps, ask away if you have more questions
