Well the fender struts are off, it WAS DEFINITELY POSSIBLE to put everything back to the way it was with the 200mm tire but I just thought it looked pretty much the same. My point is for all of you who would like to do this it is possible to fit the 200 with minimal modifacations as stated before by bosken. I am going to run just the turn signals mounted to the swingarm with the taiilight integrator kit and a side mount plate. There is also a pic of a bike the fab shop built the has 700+ HP, pretty much everything was custom made by them.
Edit: The fender in the pic is not the actual fender we are using, it will be much wider.

AWESOME:... now we are TRUE brothers Great job...keep me posted how you fixed the turnsignals....still have no solution for my own yet... Depending on if I go fenderless again....kinda liked that look
And as Adrian said....fender kinda look to narrow...hmmm if you want it low and near the tire, that is...

Yea I forgot to add that the fender on there is just a mock up the one going on will be much wider. bosken they are going to mount them down by the rear axle nut. It does look funny with that little fender on I agree. AdrianVall I wanted a rough estimate before we started chopping and I was told it would be under a grand plus the $350 I gave my friend for the Cross Bones rear tire/wheel combo. I feel that is definitely a fair price, I mean they have to have the rear fender painted, the fender struts they are fabricating need to be powder coated plus they are running the rear turn signals through the swingarm. It is definitely not a major job for them but quality is what I am after I'll keep you all posted with more pics to come as the bike progresses.
