Default Harley parts online?

I want to find a online parts store that you can buy "stock" stuff like O2 sensors. Gota be a Harley Stealer online that will sell engine parts. I know I can buy all the shiny chrome and s*** online. Is this something that I have "drive" to the stealer and get?

Thanks
SGMAN

Chicago H-D will do it. 20% off all parts.

However it's a real good idea, to get the HD catalog and the parts manual. Then you know what part number to look for.

Gettin' the part number is half the battle ... once you've got that, you can check prices at Zanotti, Chicago or another good one is Surdyke. It's nice to make a well placed friend at a parts counter who won't mind looking up a part number for ya (and won't be too p-o'd when you don't buy from him).

I've heard a few forum members mention that their local stealer will match your best internet price ... not sure where they are. I suppose then the trade-off is whether the local sales tax is less than the shipping charge (and if they have it in stock ... your down time).

As mentioned, get the parts manual for your bike. You can also download the accessory book from HD's website. Once you have the part#, you can do a google search on that number and compare prices at several dealers. Chicago and Zanotti do not normally show up during the search, so check their sites as you compare.

I bother my local dealer all the time for parts #s, even remind them my name so they can put a face to the pest on the phone..

Get the part #, say "Thanks", and hang up the phone and order online through one of the three dealers listed above...
