Default 34*F in the garage...should I do the new slip ons??

Got my new slash cut SEII's (the old pre-epa ones) they are sitting in the box next to the bike...but it's 34*F out there....should I put them on now or wait until it's warmer next week? How many of you guys will sit in the cold working on your bike. I was going to bring it in the house...but when I walked in the house with the box...the wife says "no you are not bringing your bike in here". like she is frickin Karnac reading my mind...

I've spent many cold days out working in the garage. Slip-on's shouldn't be to big of a job. you could just fight the cold, or wait till it warms up and put um on real quick before your next ride.

Some Irish Coffee, a hoody, maybe a heater and you are set to go.

I have those same SEII's on my bike. I also have the Big City Thunder baffles in them as well and they are the best sounding of any set up I have heard. The baffles make a difference, $139 new, might find some used.

I had the EPA ones on and did I ever hate the sound of them, those are the ones in my sig. They worked well but my bike sounded like a moped.

I put my pipes on in the garage after Xmas, let a electric heater run for a while before I went out to do it. The only thing a would be careful of is the cold makes it easier to f_ckup, dropping things etc....

What are the muffs on your bike in your sig pic? It looks like you've already got slash SE IIs?

Throw on some cover-all's n go to work. Besides you'll save money by not having to open the beer fridge, just leave the sixer on the concrete!
