Default Gangster apes on my 09 street bob??

Going to order 18" gangster apes for my bob, they are 1 1/4 bars... will they work with my integrated risers?? Thanks

Sh*t!! Does anyone know of any adaptors for my molded risers or anything like that will work? If i can't figure something out I'm going with the 18" Carlini Chino's, they look pretty sick too!

You can change your top tree out with one of the older SB trees before they used the integrated risers. Then you would need the risers for the 1.25" bars.

Had a buddy of mine that works at my local dealer call Carlini and they DO make gangsters with the 1" step in them! So I ordered a set 18" chrome gangsters today!! Can't wait for them to get here!!

All you are going to have to do is make sure the new bars are not touching the top of your forks, if they are close of touching simply slide you forks down in your trees slightly.

I was told the same thing, so I went out and bought a set of Wild1 Chubbies in 1.25 that were necked down to 1 inch. Thing is, they don't clear the tops of the forks. We even went as far as loosening the trees and lowering the forks as much as we dared to and they still didn't have the clearance needed. In the end, I had to send them back and buy a set of 1 inch bars just to make them work.
