Question crank position sensor

I resently started leaking oil when I shut the bike off. I have traced it to the crank sensor. Oil is going through the wire and dripping from the connecter. What is causing this, and what can I do to stop it? 2004 Dyna Low Rider

Replace the sensor. The material that the electrical wire passes through, probably has a crack in it.

Im actually having the same issue on my new 08 Nightster. Its under warrenty though so it will be going back. Just to be sure though, its the crank sensor just below the oil filter? Im not sure if i should even try and ride it to teh dealership because the the amount its leaking. I can fill a shot glass from about 5 mins of idle time. Just a few seconds is enough to put drops on the floor.
