Looks like the hardware he's using is just brackets from the hardware store. I'll be working on mine this weekend and I'll post pics when I get it done. The metal plate you see on the bottom comes with the tour pack and also has the hardware to mount that plate.

I couldn't find any of those brackets you have at the hardware store and the nearest home depot is 32 miles away. So I got some flat stock I'm going to cut and drill and try out.

However the brackets your refering to came with mine..
Your link to the e-bay auction is correct and if you check the pack I got, it shows the brackets in the kit..
ONE WORD of caution ... The mounting bolts that came with mine are on the long side,,
They stick out under the HD rack quite a bit. Very possible to scratch fender when attaching to bike.. Dont ask.
