I was running these on my Street Bob. $50 or less on eBay. Custom Chrome mini floorboards.

I have the same on my T... I enjoy them a good deal. Mounted them to the highway peg and gives great support on long rides without looking stupid

You'll also need an extension for the tach cable that runs back up under the seat. Can't comment on the line of vision with the bars as I'm only 5'11" with 12s
I think Im just going to mount the gauges in the OEM spot so I don't have a bunch of cables to extend or hide or clearance issues. I do use almost all angles on the adjustment on the windshield for different riding. Be it highway, town, or back roads.
From what everyone else is saying my line of sight should clear the bars no problem.
Thanks for your and everyone input

People talk trash about putting tank lifts and forwards on "club bikes" because it detracts from the style.

I don't think thats the case. My mileage.

However, putting boards on a SB is WAY! outta line, IMO. No offense to anyone running them. Different strokes. Id never do it. LOL

I actually had the BMX pedals on order but canceled them when I rode a bike with them. HOLY HECK did they vibrate making my feet numb!

All that said, I do appreciate the insight bud.

This is off topic but thought this would be the best thread to ask. Recently bought a 2000 Fxds for the wife, it has cordura bags like the Fxdxt. Sun exposure has faded the nylon portion from black to a kind of olive green. A while back I was reading something about a spray on product that would restore the nylon to its original black color. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if they are aware of this and what it's called, thanks.

One step closer on the turd. I still have to run the wires internally on the bars, hook the light bar up and I'm also waiting on my throttle tube to get here so i can throw my ness grips on. One thing after another.
