@Turdburgler That's a beautiful bike. I hope mine comes out just as nice.

I've got an 87 FXLR I hope to turn into a Club style bike. First up is going to be the front end, do you guys have any advice or places for me to do some research on what I need to do it. Planning on doing all the work myself.

Are you talking front suspension? Go RaceTech look them up. Give them a call.

I was looking to just use some longer forks, possibly go dual disk, some 10 (ish) Tbars, quarter fairing, and new controls.

I'll give them a look, thanks.

Sparky332. 87 FXR-SP. 2" over dual disc, 13" rears, 10" risers, narrowed dyna bars. No fairing though.
