It's not hard if you have mechanical abilities.... I did the relocation on my Fatboy when I went to a detatchable backrest. Your local dealer should have the kits available. There are a couple HD online parts sources you can get the parts cheaper from if you look around. I think Zanottie or Surdyke?? is who I went thru.

Hi, I just did a forum search on the words "turn signal relocate" - the search returned 151 threads covering 5 pages or so of very good material.

You try. Use the "Search this Forum" feature - put in the search words - and click "go"

The best looking in my opinion is the HD Billet Touring Turn Signal bar. It is priced around 150 and it is plug and play.

That sucks! I didnt think the touring bar would work given the differences in the fenders so I didnt explore that option. That looks good!

The other HD options suck IMO.

I am going a different route. Joe has my original turns for powdercoat. When they get back I'm mounting them directly to the fender slightly under the brake light. Should look like the turn bar without the bar.

I have just ordered this. This relocation kit appears to be a good alternative to the type mounted at the license plate. I should have it next week... I hope it works as well as it looks.

Depends on what size bags you want to go with. With bags that measure 9 1/2" x 12 1/2" you won't need to relocate you turn signals. Anything bigger and you will.
