Default Heel Raiser Footpegs

Just wondering if anyone has tried the heel raiser footpeg kit, Harley part number 50178-09. Do you have any pros or cons comments?

don't have the hd version, but i got the kurykan or whatever they are called. the model you are speaking of didn't fit the foot pegs i wanted; the male end that the pegs slides onto wasn't long enough, luckily they had some of the kurykan heel rests in stock so we test fitted them on the willie g pegs and they fit perfectly. i definitely love the feel of them.

edit: i stand corrected... the part you are referring to are the fold down ones right? ok, so disregard my comments about fitment, haha. sorry, i don't have any pros/cons for ya on those particular rests; however any rest is gonna make the ride so much more comfy in my opinion

I purchased them for my '10 WG but because it sits so low it scraped the right heel rest peg once and since then I took them off. I really liked them. Being vertically challenged they help plant me in the seat. They were very comfortable but the only negative I have on them is that they were too low on my bike. Not really the pegs fault. I am selling them on ebay if you want them. I have them listed with the Willie G Skull heel rest pegs attached. Hopes this helps.

I had them and they were a constant problem. The right one froze up and wouldn't adjust so the dealer replaced it. After using them a little more the plastic grommet inside the new replaced right one broke. The dealer took them back and refunded my money. I ended up going with mini boards.
