Default Floorboards on Street Bob ?

We got my wife an 06 Street Bob a couple of weeks ago.
Since she has ridden my Heiratige Classic , she wants floor boards on her Street Bob.
It does not have forward controls. Is this something that can be done fairly easy or can it even be done?
thanks, Craze

It can probably be done, but ...YUCK. If she hates the factory pegs have her try some Kuryakin ISO pegs. Totally different feel than stockers.

I think I would have to agree on the YUCK. I love floor boards on my softail cruiser, but I just don't think they would look good on a Street Bob. However, I'm sure it can be done and would be interested in seeing if my opinion would change. Keep us posted.

There's somebody on the board here who has some small footboards on his dyna and they don't look bad, maybe he'll chime in here.

An alternative would be the heel rests that attach to th pegs. I don't have them but I think they'd be a good thing.

Good Luck

Tom

I'm not sure which one's Tommay was talking about but I read a post about these at one time. I don't own a pair so I'm not sure about the details or fitment. Hope this helps.

Didn't think about heal rests. I think that would be a much better look on the Bob than floor boards.

Heel rests that I've seen look classy and they are functional as well so that has to count for something right?!

RonnR has boards. They're not my style, but they don't look horrible.

Yea I know a some dont like the look,, But the extra freedom of moving your feet around is great...
These are kuryakyn passenger boards. They mount any where a peg will mount..
