Default torque cone exhaust gasket question

Im putting torque cones on my 07 streetbob, Im not exactly sure on how the exhaust gasket goes. Do I put the gasket on like I dont have torque cones or does it have to go on another way?. Im not sure on the procedure

Gasket in the head like normal. . Torque cone in the pipe and bolt it on.

I used the SE style flat gaskets instead of the tapered ones, worked out easier I think.
