RE: Mobil / 1 qt. SAE 20W-50 V Twin Full Synthetic Motorcycle Oil
Dave,
 \\;
I run it and I have no problems. Can't make a comparison to Amsoil because I've never used it but the Mobil 1 is okey dokey fine.

Yep I use it on my bike and I also did on the Sporty I had before, with no problems besides it being only available at Auto Zone. I wish more places would carry it. Some have said they have found it at Wal Mart but after checking 3 near me none of them stock it.

I bought several cases of Mobile One V-Twin at Wal-Mart on clearance. Great oil, designed by a Harley Rider. I use in the engine, Primary, and trans.

I picked up a couple of cases in KS this weekend on clearance. \\; The WM stores here in town did carry it but don't anymore. \\; Apparently, they don't get enough action on it. \\; Same in KS where I got the rest of their stock.

Youll get a lot of opinions about the three holes. I use Mobil 1 V-twin for the engine. Mobil 1 synthetic gear lube 75w90 or 75w145 for the tranny. Regular oil for the primary. Tranny really smoothed out with the gear oil.

I'm a firm believer in Mobil 1 products. \\; Not to say that other brands aren't as good, I just have a lot of personal experience with Mobil 1 so that's what I stick with.
I picked up some of the V twin 20/50 at O'Reilley's the other day if you have one near you (they also stocked Royal Purple and Lucas oils). \\; And I would definitely \\;go with the gear oil in the tranny. \\; It costs the same as the oil so no problem there.
