Default Rattle Canning

Hey guys, just a quick question, I'm gettin a set of black triple trees for my 07 SB, and I want to have the lower legs black as well, if I take my time, can I just rattle can the lower legs with a gloss black and a clear?

yes. Most like to use epoxy black from rustoleum....no clear...

I've thought about using the epoxy paint for some time. Maybe this winter.

I used rustoleum satin black on mine. No problems, just prep it right and clean it good before you spray. Take care of it like any other painted surface on your bike.

find some PJ1 paint at a local honda/kawi dealer.
it's epoxy and last forever.
they use it to paint dirtbike frames so it's pretty durable.

Not sure why it didn't work... it's a link to a step by step wright by Joe the Powder Pro. Try a search in the dyna section for "epoxy paint lowers" and it will come up.
