All you really need is the cams and a timing cover gasket, and maybe a cam shim if it does not measure out correct.

No need for bearings really, and you have the good beehive springs.

I just did mine and I replaced all the o-rings in the camchest (3), o-rings on the pushrod covers.

Cam cover gasket, 2 rocker box gaskets, 2 breathers/breather gaskets, o-ring in the rocker box.

I reused my stock pushrods and bearings. If I had easy access to a puller/installer I would have swapped them.

You will want to inspect your two cam chain tensioners. You may or may not have to replace them.

My bike had the .110 spacer and I had to use a .130 after the swap. Part numbers are listed in my cam swap thread AND in your service manual...because you WILL need a service manual to do this. Torque values, sequences, etc.

Tensioners will be fine.06 Dyna and all 07 and up have the improved style of tensioners. You can rent a bearing puller from Autozone for free after paying a deposit.
