“ Auto Trans “ question.
Just bought one owner 06 super glide 6spd.
The owner told me that the super glide is auto and that’s how it was purchased from the dealer new. So the clutch lever is there but it’s very loose doesn’t look like it engages the clutch. When I go on 1st gear the bike doesn’t move until I give it gas, then you can upshift and downshift like normal but without grab the clutch at all. I want to set the bike up to normal, anyone has any idea how I go about it?

Guess you didn't ride it before you bought it?
You could have a Rekluse Auto Clutch or something like that. The bike didn't come that way from the factory, so most likely the dealer installed it before delivery. The dealer should have the records for it, so find out where it was bought and talk to the service. Maybe they can shed light on what they did.
As for getting it back to stock, you need to replace it with a stock setup. Those auto clutches are not cheap and it's something you can sell.

The Rekluse stuff is nice stuff. A pretty common mod in dirt bikes since when you toss the bike down you can generally just pick it up and go without having to worry about stalling it. I would like the other end of the spectrum. I would like to find a slipper clutch for my dyna but my limited searches haven't come up with one. Loved having those on the track bikes.
