Spoke with HD cust. service about IPB
Based off what I've read on here about contacting HD customer service about the IPB I decided to give them a call. I spoke with a guy named John. I explained that I have noise from my primary and that I am sure it is the IPB going bad. I told him that I am out of warranty and that I would like to see if they would cover the repair like they have been doing for other out of warranty '06's. He told me that I need to take it a dealer and pay them to diagnose the problem. If they agree that it is going bad they can request an out of warranty exemption or something like that and HD could choose to fix it but they could also say no. Anyone know how much it should cost to have them diagnose this. It figures mine goes once the bike is England where the labor will be twice as much.
