Is there a company who makes aftermarket gauges for the OEM speedo for a 2003 fxd? I'm still looking for an alternative. Some options I've seen and liked:

-a full tank swap -->FXDL tank (mmm fxdl tanks seems to be rare)
-rocker mounted speedo (but I like to keep my oem speedo, I have security lights in it)
-sporty 48 setup

 

Well , I think you can safely remove the Sporty Forty-Eight setup from your list - I was at the dealer and they were explaining to a guy how unique that setup is - It has the riser molded into the top tree but not only that the risers arent flat they have some offset/stepped machining made into them so you cant even just get the top clamp and go on about your merry way - Damn MoCo !!

Yes it will fit right in,BUT you will have to drill a hole in it to mount the button for the trip reset.

I have a garmin 255w mounted on bars with ram mount.It has speedo, gps and time .It also has the road speed limit posted next your speed on map for $89 refubished at amazon ram mount cost $32
