That does look good. It's not a real big deal for me but I have the same problem and am curious what size cable you end up with.

put 6in risers on it and it'll look killer and that cable will shorten right up.

I didn't resolve it yet. I will keep the thread updated. I have another problem with lean mixture so I'm just more concern about it now.

I was just thinking the same thing, maybe not 6" but something like that.

Mid controls and flat tracker bars are hard to beat. 600 to 1,000 mile days are typical without any problems.

Hey I know this bring back from the grave. I have nightster bars on my street bob and wanted to know what cables you ended up using?

Not sure who yer asking, but those are stock cables and 4" risers on mine.

I got FXDX bars with all the fixings and my set up will look just like this when I ever stop procrastinating.

All are looking good

Sorry to be specific have you guys changed your stock cable lengths to shorter cables and if so which cables did you end up using without risers
