Default Nightster handlebar on Dyna

I have installed new handlebar to my Dyna FXDS. Everything was easy and result is awesome. I like how I feel my Dyna now. One thing I'm worried about the length of the clutch cable. It looks like longer than what I need. As temporary solution I hided it behind the headlamp but it's too much pressure on it. Is there any shorter cable available with good fittings? I don't know about differences between HD models. Is there any difference between Nightster and Dyna models?

that dont look half bad at all. nice.

Not sure about your clutch cable length, plenty of after market providers for various length cables. Burly comes first to mind.
looks like you could lose about 4 - 5 inches off it.

maybe a two inch plus riser may help you out...or will that be too much pullback? Anyways the bar looks great.

Thanks for the ideas. I think I'm fine with pullback maybe just slightly rotate the handlebar to make it closer to me. I will start research about after market providers of cables. I'm recently bought this bike and trying to make it comfortable for me. It's my first HD so I need to learn a lot. I love it.

The bars looks great !!!

Had a set of flat track bars on my 'ole lowrider , looked a lot like that...

That's when everyone had drag bars...

Keep up the good work ...

I have the same set up but I used a set of 4.5 inch pullback risers. Perfect fit and the only thing I needed to do eas re-route the cable to the front of the top triple clamp.

I think the cable off an FXDF would work.

Get a tape measure and find out how long they need to be, then go looking for what will fit. By the way, looks pretty good.
