Default pics of fxdx with wide glide front

Anyone have any pics of a fxdx with some wide glide forks. Looking at springer front ends and wide glides front ends.

Any reason you want to do this? Just curious, the FXDX is supposed to have one of the best suspensions and the dual disc front brakes, don't hear of a lot of people swapping it out

Don't have many pictures of the front end, this is my old '03 FXD with a custom chrome wide glide conversion.

Nice kit, easy to fit, came with all spacers etc and not too pricey either...

I just like the look of the wide front end, also the 3 degree rake would be nice. I'm planning to take the dual disc brakes off. When you changed the front ends did you use the stock wheels? If you did you need to have a spacer for the rotor. Where is the cheapest places?

Yep, stock wheel.

The custom Chrome kit came with everything bar new headstock bearings.

Trees, disc spacer, fender spacers, wheel spindle.

Didn't take long either, did it same time as apes and only took 5 hours.

I'm also changing out my FXDX front end because you can't lower them. I like my bikes to sit hammered. It does ride nice though.
